You'll manage a large portfolio of SMB customers using a scaled engagement model, driving product adoption and growth. You'll leverage data insights and automation to deliver timely outreach and identify high-potential accounts for deeper support.

  • Manage and engage a large SMB portfolio with programmatic, scaled approach.
  • Drive product adoption through playbooks, campaigns, and trigger-based outreach.
  • Identify growth opportunities and expansion signals for cross-sell and increased usage.
  • Qualify high-potential accounts for transition to high-touch CSM portfolios.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing large customer portfolios in a scaled or tech-touch model.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, adoption, and retention drivers.
  • Data-driven with ability to use CRM systems (Salesforce) and automation tools.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with SMB customers in cross-border payments, fintech, or ecommerce.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, or customer engagement platforms.
  • Background in payments, banking, or financial services.
