You'll manage a large portfolio of SMB customers using a scaled engagement model, driving product adoption and growth. You'll leverage data insights and automation to deliver timely outreach and identify high-potential accounts for deeper support.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and engage a large SMB portfolio with programmatic, scaled approach.
- Drive product adoption through playbooks, campaigns, and trigger-based outreach.
- Identify growth opportunities and expansion signals for cross-sell and increased usage.
- Qualify high-potential accounts for transition to high-touch CSM portfolios.
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
- Experience managing large customer portfolios in a scaled or tech-touch model.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, adoption, and retention drivers.
- Data-driven with ability to use CRM systems (Salesforce) and automation tools.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with SMB customers in cross-border payments, fintech, or ecommerce.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, or customer engagement platforms.
- Background in payments, banking, or financial services.
