💼 About This Role

You'll partner with engineering teams to build firmware for our LaserWeeder robots and Autonomous Tractor Kits. Your core impact will be developing and troubleshooting embedded systems that control laser-based weed elimination with sub-millimeter accuracy. This role stands out for its direct impact on sustainable agriculture and cutting-edge robotics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with engineering teams to build firmware on embedded systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot firmware for microcontroller platforms.
• Design and establish manufacturing and validation methods for PCBs.
• Investigate and tune control problems at the lowest level.

📋 Requirements

• Experience developing embedded systems in C.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting.
• Understanding of embedded systems architecture including microcontrollers, sensors, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C).
• Experience with real-time operating systems.

• Proficiency in debugging tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• BS+ in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
