Description

You will provide home health visits to clients in Montgomery and Frederick Counties, following a designated care plan. This role offers flexible on-call scheduling and 1:1 patient care, with a focus on work/life balance.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Maryland
• Minimum 1 year recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Perform client assessments and accurately document care
