Description
You will own campaign operations in Marketo, build reporting infrastructure in Salesforce and Tableau, and manage data quality across the GTM stack. This is hands-on, high-impact work with real strategic input, ideal for a generalist wanting exposure to multiple business areas.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue, marketing, or sales operations at a B2B tech company.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience: reporting, dashboards, workflows; admin certification a plus.
- Working knowledge of Marketo or comparable marketing automation platform.
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
- C1-C2 Professional English fluency.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize marketing campaigns in Marketo: program builds, email deployment, segmentation, lead scoring, and Marketo-to-Salesforce sync.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau for pipeline health, rep performance, and conversion trends.
- Own data quality and governance: deduplication, field standardization, lead routing, and enrichment.
- Partner with system administrator to optimize RevOps tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven improvements to streamline workflows.
