You'll act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of key accounts in the self-storage, marine, and RV industries, ensuring they realize measurable value from Storable's platform. You'll drive customer retention and product adoption while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers
- Drive retention and growth by increasing product adoption
- Lead quarterly business reviews with insights and recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio with focus on retention and growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions

- Experience in self-storage or vertical SaaS industries
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Experience supporting multi-product platforms
