Description

You will integrate security controls into the SDLC, perform security assessments, conduct threat modeling, and collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into every phase of development. You'll also help implement shift-left strategies and report on security metrics to protect Rubrik's products and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years experience in Application Security including threat modeling, secure code review, vulnerability management, and penetration testing
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (FedRAMP, SOC2, ISO 27001)
• Comprehension in multiple programming languages: Python, Go, Scala, C/C++, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Working experience with CI/CD, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), microservices, and a major public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Responsibilities

• Integrate security controls into SDLC and collaborate with engineering to embed security in every development phase
• Perform security assessments using automated and manual testing techniques
• Analyze vulnerabilities and provide high-fidelity findings to engineering teams
• Implement shift-left strategies to prevent vulnerabilities earlier in SDLC
• Participate in security design reviews and threat modeling of products and features
