You'll perform full-cycle recruiting for global blockchain company Binance, focusing on corporate and business hiring. You'll ensure a stellar candidate experience and build strong talent pipelines. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Source, interview, and coordinate full-cycle recruitment
• Provide outstanding candidate experience from introduction to onboarding
• Work with HR and hiring managers to improve hiring processes
• Build and maintain a pipeline of quality talent through networking

📋 Requirements

• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience at top-tier Internet company or agency
• Business/Corporate talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners
• Skilled with modern sourcing and selection techniques
