💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale Nitra's new K-Beauty private label vertical, owning end-to-end development and launch of co-branded cosmetic products for dermatology and aesthetics providers. You'll drive provider partnership development, brand strategy, and cross-border coordination with Korean ODMs. This hands-on leadership role offers impact and ownership in a fast-growing fintech-healthcare company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define end-to-end operating model for private-label cosmetic launches
• Act as brand and commercial advisor to providers launching co-brands
• Own each provider launch from concept to post-launch analysis
• Evaluate provider-level profitability and recommend SKU rationalization

📋 Requirements

• 4–8 years in beauty, skincare, or CPG
• Hands-on experience with ODM/OEM partners
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Experience working directly with providers or clinics
