💼 About This Role

You'll develop and implement individualized intervention plans using a neurodiversity-affirming NDBI approach for autistic children under 6. You'll supervise a small team of BTs and collaborate closely with families to ensure high-quality care. This center-based role offers small caseloads and strong clinical support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments to identify client strengths and growth areas.
• Create and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Provide evidence-based parent training using a structured curriculum.
• Supervise a small team of 5-6 behavior technicians.

📋 Requirements

• BCBA Certification (Required)
• Experience working with young autistic children under 6
• Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming environment

✨ Nice to Have

• NDBI experience (e.g., ESDM, PRT, JASPER)
• Experience in parent training
• Supervision experience
