• Design customer experience for AI agents from FAQ to complex conversations.
• Implement and maintain agents using Agent Studio and Python.
• Analyze metrics to assess performance and customer satisfaction.
• Listen to real customer interactions and prioritize improvements.

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Interaction Design, Linguistics, HCI, AI, CS, or related field.
• Foundational Python knowledge: variables, lists, loops, conditionals, functions.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Strong focus on creating great user experiences with attention to detail.
