Description

You will guide design and development for product licensees, overseeing all phases from concept to production to ensure alignment with brand strategy and aesthetic. Support the commercial side by ensuring products meet market demand and maximize distribution opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in merchandising or lifestyle product development
• Working knowledge of buying and merchandising best practices
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration or related field

Responsibilities

• Provide design/merchandising direction and approvals to licensees
• Identify seasonal trends and gauge new opportunities across distribution channels
• Collaborate across product categories to achieve shared vision on design and quality
• Execute seasonal direction with Creative Director for licensed categories
• Guide strategic decisions on new product development for commercial viability
