You'll design and implement cross-platform mapping and GIS solutions for Esri's Survey123 product, focusing on real-world field data collection workflows. Your core impact will be ensuring product quality across design, development, and testing. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and contribute to technical strategy and mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement product functionality for Survey123
• Translate user requirements into software design and UX
• Own complex features from design to quality assurance
• Design and maintain holistic and unit-level tests

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• Production-grade software delivery in a complex product environment
• GIS concepts applied to real-world problems
• Collaborate closely with software development teams

• Experience in utilities, government, or field operations GIS domains
• Master's degree in GIS, CS, or related field
