💼 About This Role

You'll own the AI strategy and technology roadmap for Global Growth Marketing, embedding intelligence into every stage of the marketing lifecycle. You'll design agent-based workflows and automated optimization systems to drive measurable revenue outcomes. This role partners with Engineering and cross-functional teams to scale globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy agent-based workflows for campaign analysis and optimization
• Build automated pipelines for performance anomaly detection and growth identification
• Automate reporting and insight generation across Google Ads, Meta, SEO platforms
• Redesign core growth workflows to reduce cycle time and manual effort

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, or CRO in B2B SaaS/fintech
• Deep understanding of marketing infrastructure, tracking, and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with AI/automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Firefly, Runway, etc.)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot)
• Proven success building or leading AI enablement programs within marketing orgs
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
