Description

You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to provide personal care and comfort to hospice patients, observing and documenting their condition while ensuring continuity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care needs after patient assignment
• Attend to patient requests promptly
• Report observations to Case Manager if unable to perform tasks
