Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites in the Wausau, Wisconsin region. This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and maintaining cooling systems, performing regular performance checks, and responding to service calls including emergency call-outs. Expect extensive daily travel and occasional overnights.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems
• Effective verbal and email communication skills
• Must pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and be able to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace components of HVAC systems
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Perform maintenance and upgrades on out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call-outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
