You'll manage the operational backbone of the People function for a globally distributed, remote-first organization, coordinating HR workflows like onboarding and offboarding. You will ensure accurate data management and seamless employee experiences across teams and time zones. This role offers strong growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for consistent experience.
• Maintain HR records, systems, and databases with accuracy.
• Assist with time-off tracking, HR documentation, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and internal teams for process alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or people operations.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes like onboarding and offboarding.
• Experience with HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
