You'll drive adoption of the Avra platform in Brazil's largest companies, embedded with key clients. Your mission is to quickly grasp client business nuances, identify pressing challenges, and translate them into actionable insights. You'll work with a deployment engineer and provide active feedback to product teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own client implementation, account management, and training.
• Identify key problems by deep diving into client workflows.
• Prioritize critical issues to drive maximum client value.
• Collaborate with Deployment Engineer on technical solutions.
• Provide field feedback to product and engineering teams.

📋 Requirements

• 4-5 years of work experience in hyper-growth tech startups.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent long-term project experience.
• Experience in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate and influence across all organizational levels.
