Description

You will oversee a regional portfolio of Soft Brands customers and lead a team of Account Executives, ensuring execution of sales and customer success strategy, value realization, and long-term customer growth. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise, you'll bridge strategy and execution through coaching, workflow direction, and decision-making support.

Requirements

  • Proven success in SaaS account management, customer success, or enterprise sales, ideally with franchise/multi-property clients
  • People management experience with a coaching mindset and track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth and engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior executives
  • Based in EU/UK with easy access to international airport for client travel

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives managing Soft Brand accounts across Europe
  • Drive performance excellence through goal setting, ongoing coaching, and career development
  • Own strategic account planning with VP of Enterprise, including long-term growth roadmaps
  • Monitor account health, proactively address risks, and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Commercial, and Operations to ensure alignment and unblock execution
