You'll drive customer onboarding and product adoption for a smart camera parking system, empowering B2B clients to maximize value. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to scale processes and shape the customer journey.

  • Manage end-to-end system onboarding via email, calls, and live demos.
  • Enable customers to become product experts and realize solution value.
  • Build long-term relationships through proactive check-ins and support.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering to relay feedback.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • B2B software or technology company experience with hardware components.
  • C2 level Swiss German and fluent English.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Experience with G-Suite and Airtable.
  • Additional languages beyond German and English.
