You'll drive customer onboarding and product adoption for a smart camera parking system, empowering B2B clients to maximize value. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to scale processes and shape the customer journey.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end system onboarding via email, calls, and live demos.
- Enable customers to become product experts and realize solution value.
- Build long-term relationships through proactive check-ins and support.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Engineering to relay feedback.
๐ Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
- B2B software or technology company experience with hardware components.
- C2 level Swiss German and fluent English.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

- Experience with G-Suite and Airtable.
- Additional languages beyond German and English.
