💼 About This Role

You'll own the Auth strategy and roadmap for all Kpler products, driving secure and scalable identity solutions. You'll collaborate with Engineering and business teams to deliver a best-in-class authentication experience that balances security, usability, and business growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and maintain the Auth strategy and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end user access experience and lifecycle management.
• Drive unification of identity systems across products.
• Lead Agile rituals with Engineering Manager.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in platform, infrastructure, identity, or SaaS.
• Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of identity concepts including authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle.
• Familiarity with SSO standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2) and data protection (e.g., GDPR).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in identity, access management, or platform products.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
