As a Senior Software Engineer at Ripple, you will lead the development of our next-generation crypto custody platform, ensuring enterprise-grade security and scalability for financial institutions. You will collaborate with technical teams, provide technical leadership, and drive engineering excellence through best practices in architecture, coding, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in large scale distributed backend systems
• 3+ years in Java, Rust, or Scala
• Experience in transactional systems (payments/banking/e-commerce)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build, scale and maintain enterprise crypto custody application
• Work with technical teams on design and deployment of backend applications
• Provide technical guidance and own feature delivery
• Implement best practices for architecture, coding, testing, and deployment
