💼 About This Role

You'll develop the partner enablement strategy for OpenGov's AI and ERP solutions for local governments. You'll train and certify Delivery and Implementation Partners to accelerate their ramp time. This role collaborates across Product, Marketing, and Sales to translate internal capabilities into actionable partner plays.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement 30-60-90 day onboarding and certification frameworks
• Create and maintain partner-ready content like case studies and technical documentation
• Deliver engaging training through webinars, workshops, and LMS
• Establish KPIs, track partner engagement, and analyze certification rates

📋 Requirements

• 4-7+ years in partner enablement or channel management in SaaS/tech
• Proven ability to design and deliver live or virtual training for external audiences
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives with LMS and PRM platforms
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
