💼 About This Role

You'll join Theodo HealthTech to design and develop digital medical devices, collaborating with a lean team of 4-5 engineers and a product manager. You'll own the full lifecycle from conception to deployment, creating products that improve patient care and integrate into healthcare workflows. The role offers continuous learning through the Lean Tech system.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop full-stack digital products for healthcare clients.
• Write quality code with tests, refactoring, and team standards.
• Conduct technical investigations and debug issues.
• Collaborate with client and team to iterate on product features.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Java, Angular, Node, React, or Python.
• Experience with full-stack development and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HDS) is a plus.

• Experience with LLMs or AI-assisted development.
