• Lead process team for key customer NPI penetration
• Maintain sustain application position with HVM team
• Define and drive NPI program schedules and deliverables
• Develop metrics and team members with deliberate roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Materials Science or related engineering degree
• 12-15 years semiconductor experience in thin film modules
• Process development in PECVD/LPCVD/ALD
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
