You'll own the full success lifecycle of Handshake's most complex government agency relationships, driving value realization and adoption across a focused book of high-stakes accounts. You'll navigate federal procurement cycles and agency stakeholder hierarchies to ensure deep platform adoption. This role combines strategic vision conversations with tactical problem-solving in the federal space.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own onboarding and implementation for large government organizations
- Build relationships across agency hierarchies and contracting officers
- Lead Executive Business Reviews tying outcomes to hiring goals
- Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and new business units
- Design and lead training for distributed government teams
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years managing enterprise or strategic accounts with $3M+ ARR
- Proven track record with enterprise-level or federal customers
- Comfortable presenting to senior leaders and executive decision-makers
- Ability to translate product data into compelling business value narratives

- Direct experience with federal agencies in talent or HR tech context
