💼 About This Role

You'll drive the product vision and execution for Glide's flagship account opening product, partnering directly with community banks and credit unions. You'll shape product development best practices from the ground up and establish a fast build-measure-learn loop. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage fintech and help create a new standard in financial technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap for the flagship account opening product
• Partner with community banks to understand pain points
• Define success metrics and iterate based on learnings
• Establish product development best practices from scratch

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of product management experience in fintech
• Proven experience taking products from 0 to 1 and scaling them
• Experience building consumer and/or B2B products with complex workflows
• Customer-first mindset with ability to distill insights from data and interviews

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI-powered automation or decisioning tooling
• Familiarity with core banking systems and the US banking ecosystem
