You'll own greenfield development and large-scale system design, collaborating with leadership and data teams to deliver secure, reliable systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems supporting financial products.
• Build and optimize systems for payouts, reconciliation, and fraud detection.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and leadership on technical solutions.
• Improve infrastructure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Integrate and maintain connections with banking partners and third-party APIs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer on complex production systems.
• Strong experience in fintech or financial services with exposure to transaction systems.
• Proficiency in at least one modern backend language like Python.
• Solid SQL skills with experience optimizing complex queries.

• Experience with ClickHouse or similar columnar databases.
• Experience with React or SPA applications.
• Experience building APIs and third-party integrations.
