Description

You will travel within the Houston, TX region to set up tents, fencing, and temporary walls, perform equipment maintenance and repairs, and work with customers using real-time diagnostic tools. This role involves applying electrical and hydraulic expertise to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe, efficient operations. You'll be part of a team transforming the construction industry through innovative technology and support.

Requirements

• Be able to travel out-of-state for majority of week
• Must own tools applicable to position
• Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of hand and power tools, schematics and diagrams
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Active applicable state class driver's license
• Construction knowledge and background preferred
• Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Pass a 10 panel drug screen (safety sensitive position)

Responsibilities

• Travel and support site solutions team within assigned region
• Perform equipment set-up, on-site service, maintenance, and repairs
• Set up tents and install fencing
• Conduct machine inspections and prepare equipment for use
• Work closely with customers and troubleshoot issues using real-time diagnostic tools
• Apply electrical and hydraulic expertise to identify and resolve problems
• Practice safe job practices for installing and repairing equipment
• Use technology such as laptops, tablets, and mobile phones
• Perform set-up, repairs, and preventative maintenance on rental and customer equipment
• Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed
• Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment parts
• Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements
• Participate in year-round company provided OEM training
