You'll own and evolve Clipboard Health's Zendesk ecosystem, expanding into broader business systems. You'll build an enterprise-grade operational tech platform for a $1.3B healthcare marketplace. This role is for someone who has built a tech ops function from scratch in a high-stakes environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve the entire Zendesk ecosystem
• Expand into broader business systems across the organization
• Build and maintain enterprise-grade operational tech platform
• Automate core agent workflows with AI tooling

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience building a tech ops function from scratch
• Ability to go five levels deep explaining how systems work
• Experience with Zendesk ecosystem
• Background in high-growth marketplace or similar environment

• Experience with AI tooling for automation
• Background in healthcare or marketplace platforms
• Exposure to Series C+ company scaling
