💼 About This Role

You'll lead a global People Operations team, owning employee lifecycle processes and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Your work will directly enable strategic HR delivery and operational excellence at a fast-growing fintech. This role offers the chance to design scalable processes and drive impactful HR system optimizations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and optimize end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws across regions
• Develop scalable People operations processes for multi-hub strategy
• Oversee HR system (Hibob) functionality and data quality
• Partner with Finance and Payroll on pay-related processes

📋 Requirements

• Senior People Operations or HR Operations experience in global, multi-site environment
• Proven experience managing HRIS platforms (ideally Hibob)
• Solid knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience with internal mobility and immigration processes

• Familiarity with immigration processes in a multi-hub context
• Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
• Background in fintech or fast-growing tech companies
