You'll support the Navy Region Southwest command in hybrid field and remote help desk roles. Your core impact is ensuring operational readiness of Avaya telephony and A/V systems for critical communication infrastructure. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Administer Avaya Communication Manager and station configurations.
  • Design, install, and support A/V equipment in conference rooms.
  • Provide on-site and remote Tier 1/2 help desk support.
  • Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP trunking, and VTC systems.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Active Secret clearance or higher.
  • Current Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role (Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Field Technician).
  • Hands-on experience with Avaya Communication Manager and enterprise A/V systems (Crestron, Poly, Cisco).

  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
  • Avaya ACIS or ACSS certification.
  • Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification.
