💼 About This Role

You'll drive instructional quality and coach teachers during a 4-week summer program, ensuring strong daily execution and real-time data use. You'll report to the Summer Academy Principal and help build systems for a high-rigor environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily walkthroughs to monitor instructional quality across classrooms
• Review lesson plans and provide actionable feedback to teachers
• Analyze student performance data to identify instructional gaps
• Support daily operations including attendance, behavior, and transitions

📋 Requirements

• NJ Certification required
• Experience in instructional leadership (Dean, Coach, Assistant Principal)
• Demonstrated ability to coach teachers and analyze data
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
