💼 About This Role

You'll take ownership of reliability engineering for high-voltage electronics and power conversion systems at Peak Energy. You'll creatively apply reliability expertise across the product life cycle, from concept to field deployment. This role offers the chance to build custom Python tools and lead DfR for future products in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take DfR ownership for subsystem reliability and lead DfR for future products
• Develop reliability test programs by leading DFMEA and defining test requirements
• Build Python tools for reliability analysis and modeling
• Define reliability requirements and communicate risk to leadership

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical, reliability, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in hardware reliability engineering for power electronics or HV systems
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering principles including statistics and physics-of-failure
• Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis and modeling
