You'll lead development of Reflow's Windows app, a workforce intelligence platform. Your core impact is owning performance, stability, and deployment across enterprise environments. This role combines craftsmanship with real impact in a high-trust, high-speed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Windows app development with focus on performance and maintainability
• Profile, debug, and optimize for speed, memory, and reliability
• Build for managed enterprise environments with MDM tools
• Integrate with backend APIs and implement endpoints when needed

📋 Requirements

• Proficient in C# with hands-on Windows app development (Avalonia UI, WPF, UWP, or WinUI)
• Skilled at profiling, debugging, and performance optimization
• Experienced in enterprise-managed or MDM-deployed app environments
• Comfortable working with APIs and understanding full-stack communication

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with cross-platform or Electron-based apps
• Understanding of Django or other backend frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for Windows apps
