📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years manufacturing experience
• 1+ years directly leading a team or project
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and extended hours

• 7+ years professional experience in manufacturing
• Lean manufacturing training and experience
• Experience with PCB manufacturing processes
