💼 About This Role

You'll perform professional accounting work and collaborate with the finance team at Robin Radar Systems. Your core impact will be automating processes and suggesting improvements to support the company's growth. This role offers a chance to work with Dutch-specific payroll software and contribute to a fast-growing tech leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage accurate payroll processing, including data maintenance and reconciliations.
• Prepare data and analytics reports for the annual financial audit.
• Resolve internal and external queries regarding complex processes and policies.
• Contribute to the development of financial policies and regulatory compliance.

📋 Requirements

• BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years experience as an Accountant or relevant role.
• In-depth understanding of Dutch labor law, wage taxes, and CAOs.
• Dutch payroll software proficiency (NMBRS, AFAS, or ADP).

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced Excel reporting skills.
• Qualifications (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
