You'll design and build user-facing features and backend APIs for an AI-native enterprise platform, helping transform IT service management. You'll work across the full stack, integrating AI/LLM capabilities to make ITSM smarter and more efficient. This is a chance to shape the stack and build products used by millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end from design to deployment
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into workflows
• Build highly performant, secure, and scalable services
• Contribute to internal tooling and CI/CD practices

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in SaaS serving enterprise customers
• Skilled with React, Vue, or Angular
• Proficient in Python, Go, Rust, or C++
