💼 About This Role

You'll own YouTube growth end-to-end at Slash, building a content engine that makes complex financial products accessible. You'll translate financial concepts into engaging storytelling and scale from zero. This role offers direct founder collaboration and full ownership of content strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own YouTube growth end-to-end including strategy, packaging, and distribution.
• Drive performance across titles, thumbnails, retention, and algorithm dynamics.
• Build and manage a consistent content calendar and publishing cadence.
• Translate complex financial products into engaging, accessible storytelling.
• Build and manage a creator ecosystem including sourcing and onboarding.

📋 Requirements

• Deep expertise in YouTube algorithm, thumbnails, titles, and retention.
• Proven experience growing a YouTube channel to meaningful scale.
• Strong creative instincts paired with analytical rigor.
• Operator mindset: ability to execute, not just strategize.
