💼 About This Role

You'll act as the glue holding the organization together, leading people, operations, budgets, and strategy for the Prague site. You'll advise the VP of Engineering and drive operational excellence across a global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive and track strategy execution for engineering and product teams.
• Advise and stand in for the VP of Engineering/Site Lead.
• Ensure organizational optimization, succession planning, and collaboration tools.
• Manage business operations, governance, AOP planning, hiring, and vendor management.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product teams or business operations management.
• Proven ability to lead business operations and site governance in complex environments.
• Experience working with international stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans and track outcomes.
