🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead financial underwriting and investment analysis for deal pipeline properties.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for various property types.
• Analyze comparable sales, lease data, market trends, and pricing dynamics.
• Prepare investment memorandums, marketing copy, and investor presentation materials.

📋 Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in real estate, finance, or related analytical field
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
