Description

As the Head of R&D Operations, you will architect the internal R&D systems and processes to enable innovation. You will oversee Engineering TPMs, optimize the Product Development Lifecycle as a product, manage market feedback systems, and lead New Product Introduction programs. This strategic role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, or Strategy Operations in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record managing diverse teams of managers and individual contributors with mentoring skills.
• Experience building and scaling new processes or incubations with urgency and creativity.
• Strong understanding of R&D and Go-To-Market interconnectedness; experience with NPI frameworks and agile planning.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies with willingness to leverage them for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor domain-specific Engineering TPMs, driving complex engineering initiatives and AI development tooling adoption.
• Optimize the Product Development Lifecycle as a product using Asana and emerging AI tools to accelerate PM workflows.
• Establish scalable systems for qualitative market feedback, overseeing Voice of Customer, design partners, and Beta programs.
• Oversee New Product Introduction program and cross-organizational efforts, ensuring seamless R&D-to-market translation.
• Drive operational excellence across R&D operations pillars.
