You'll be the face of Workplace Operations at Lyft, providing first-class customer service and managing facility vendor relationships. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage facility-related vendor relationships and RFP/SOW processes
• Coordinate maintenance and small tenant improvement projects
• Manage Zendesk ticket workflows for Workplace requests
• Partner with teams on onboarding and offboarding tasks

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ years of office experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
