You'll perform preventive maintenance and component-level repairs on Serve's delivery robots to ensure fleet reliability. Your work directly impacts fleet uptime and customer experience. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge robotics in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform hardware repairs and preventive maintenance per SOPs
• Execute structured diagnostics using standard tools
• Document all work in MaintainX with photos and notes
• Maintain organized workstations and follow safety procedures

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of electro-mechanical technical experience
• Ability to perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools (multimeter, power supply)
• Experience in shop, lab, or field-service environments

• Trade school certification or technical training
• Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking systems
• Exposure to robotics or automated systems
