Description

You will ensure customer success by implementing and supporting Carbon Robotics equipment. You'll own scheduling, prioritize maintenance, train operators, and act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
• HVAC experience
• Proficient in brazing and soldering for copper and refrigeration lines
• Experience with residential or commercial refrigeration systems

Responsibilities

• Train operators and farm personnel to implement Carbon Robotics equipment
• Serve as lead point of contact for assigned accounts
• Schedule, coordinate, and prioritize bi-weekly maintenance tasks on Laser Weeders
• Troubleshoot and report weeding quality issues
• Make recommendations to improve support processes and Laser Weeder reliability
