You'll support process improvement and document management for a high-impact banking project at Banco Pichincha. Core impact includes designing BPMN-based improvements and defining OKRs/KPIs. This hybrid role in Quito offers multicultural collaboration with a global digital accelerator.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define goals and scope for assigned initiatives
• Design and implement process improvements under BPMN and ISO standards
• Document, maintain, and update processes and procedures
• Define and track OKRs, KPIs, and control dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in process management and improvement
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt)
• Experience with BPMN and ISO nomenclature for process modeling
• Knowledge of OKRs and KPIs definition and tracking

• Knowledge of agile frameworks
• Experience in document management and taxonomy
• Power BI proficiency
