You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to turn data into actionable insights. You'll own product KPIs and influence strategy across Cloudinary's platform. This hybrid contract role offers the chance to leverage AI analytics tools for deeper insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and develop product KPIs for engagement and growth
• Analyze user behavior and identify improvement opportunities
• Design and analyze A/B tests from hypothesis to recommendations
• Partner with PMs to prioritize features based on data and ROI

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product or Data Analyst in product-led org
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience with SaaS products at scale
• Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel

• Experience with Python and Pandas for advanced analysis
• Experience with AI tools like Cursor or ChatGPT
