💼 About This Role

You'll design and build systems to protect Snowflake's platform from abuse, misuse, and fraud. Your work will directly enable secure data sharing and prevent account takeovers. You'll collaborate across product and security teams to shape the anti-abuse roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy anti-abuse controls for account takeovers and data exfiltration
• Research and build anti-abuse architectures for new features
• Communicate abuse risks and threats to cross-functional teams
• Provide reference implementations for new anti-abuse features

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in anti-abuse, threat hunting, or incident response
• Proficiency in Python or SQL for building detections
• Knowledge of abuse patterns like ATO, data exfiltration, and insider threats
• Experience with source code reviews in Java or Go

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with ML-based detection systems
