• Schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
• Serve as candidate point of contact, providing updates.
• Maintain interview plans and data in Ashby ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters to improve processes.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting or operations experience.
• Experience using an ATS.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and ramping up quickly.
