Description

You will lead a team of Product Managers, driving product strategy and execution for real-time data streaming and autonomous systems. You'll manage planning cycles, drive innovation through rapid prototyping, own business models, and bridge cross-functional teams to align product investments with corporate objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years managing PMs at Director or Group PM level
• Deep technical depth in middleware, distributed systems, or developer tools in high-consequence domains
• Demonstrated success managing mature product lines while leading 0-to-1 innovation
• Proven ability to resolve cross-functional friction and build buy-in through collaborative influence
• Strong strategic storytelling skills to transform technical details into compelling narratives

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of PMs, aligning roadmaps with broader vision
• Lead 6-month planning cycles to create a single traceable roadmap balancing retain and land/expand
• Drive product innovation using rapid prototyping and 'vibe-coding' for new concepts in physical AI
• Own pricing, licensing, and packaging strategies with executive leadership
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Management
