You'll develop and execute enablement strategies for global GTM sales teams, creating training programs and sales playbooks. Your work will drive growth and improve the customer buying experience as Deel expands internationally. You'll leverage AI-powered tools to deliver blended learning content and track KPIs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver core global GTM enablement programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver enablement projects
• Use AI tools to create blended remote and e-learning content
• Define and track program milestones and KPIs with reporting

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue, or GTM Enablement role
• Training or degree in learning and development or related field
• Experience using AI-centric tools to create and evaluate training content
• Proficiency with productivity tools like Gong, Outreach, or Sales Navigator

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with sales methodologies (SPIN, Sandler, etc.)
• Experience with enablement tools (WINNai, Synthesia, LMS)
• Fluent in French
